All items are made to order using a print-on-demand service. This means your item is printed specifically for you after you place your order.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically printed within 2–5 working days. Delivery usually takes an additional 1–5 working days after dispatch depending which delivery option you choose..

Delivery costs will be calculated on checkout based on the weight of the product – you can choose the delivery method ie royal mail/tracked/courier which will affect the final delivery cost

Yes, if you choose a tracked service or courier

Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes, all payments are processed securely through a trusted third-party provider (Stripe). We do not store your full payment details.

Our printing process is designed for durability, but proper care following the instructions and washing at low temperatures with the item inside-out will help maintain the quality over time.
