Because these are printed to order products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or don’t like the product.

Faulty Goods

We will only accept returns for faulty goods. This is a small business so please contact me via email to mydogsaidno@fairydogmother.co.uk before returning the item. The return address is printed on the delivery note.

If the item is faulty it will be returned to the printers and upon inspection of the returned item, a replacement or refund will be issued.

What if the product is damaged during shipping?

Please contact us with full details of the order and a photograph of the damage that has occurred. We may also require you to return the damaged item. In most cases, we will be able to offer a replacement item.
